MOODBOARD

This is a very old practice that is still being used today. However, previously it not only fulfilled the function of highlighting and decorating garments. In times of war, some nations used this art to transmit hidden messages. In general, they were women spies who posed as workers and sent through secret codes the way to flee to those who were being held.
Throughout the design, colored beads can be seen arranged so that they represent a word or sentence written in Braille, about remembrance and memory, making reference to the victims of the Ayotzinapa case, who are shown in the artist's exhibition titled “Restore Memories”.
This design was exhibited on a catwalk next to the Chinese artist's exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Monterreyy, (MARCO).
